Sya: So far my experience at this clinic has been wonderful. The staff are nice and I truly appreciate my doc, Dr Henry Loh. Dr Loh is gentle, informative and very knowledgeable. He has always been patient with me regardless of how slow my recovery progress was. He is never forceful with his recommendations on procedures and treatments and always gives the patient the final choice with the options. He explains all the treatments clearly and also recommends the most effective options. Also gave his contact number to update him on progress and advises on what I should do next. Overall, a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thank you for the great service !

Dr Loh was attentive to the needs of the patient. Never rushing and pushing the patient to make any decision in a pressured manner. All treatment plans were explained clearly and options given where applicable. When administering a procedure, Dr Loh was informative and gentle as the procedure was carried out. A very pleasant experience and my skin conditions has improved very much.
