farhan suadi: I did my laser treatment at Cove Aesthetic for the past few months, and I really appreciate how comforting the treatment room was and how clean and tidy the clinic environment was. The staff there are polite too, especially Jiayee who is very bubbly and fun to be around which made the treatment session less stressful for the patient. Overall, it was a good experience without any hard selling as well.
Hazatul Humairah: I really love how friendly all the staffs are. They are so knowledgeable and guide me through my laser journey as I have acne scars problem. I look forward to every session as I will be treated well and my skin improved tremendously even after the 1st treatment. There is a downtime of roughly 3 days but my skin glows afterwards. I have done 3 sessions currently and I am more than satisfied. Jia Yee and Dr Michelle has been helping me throughout this journey and I am so thankful for them, i’m in good hands. I totally recommend Cove Aesthetics as they totally don’t hard sell and they provide the best services for you to have good skin. Appreciate it! Jia Yee also shared her personal journey. All the staffs were so friendly and I like the ambiance of the clinic. They reassured me that I will be okay and throughout the process, they didn’t make me feel nervous at all even though it’s my first time.
Avril Teo: I have been a Cove (previously Ardmore) customer since 2017. I go for regular facial treatments. I found their therapists to be professional and friendly. I enjoy their services without fearing to face any hardsell tactics. Going for facials to me is a time to relax and enjoy the pamper and "me-time" you don't get at home. They have a wide range of services to choose from at various prices. So you can always find a treatment to suit your needs and budget. Their past and present therapists Perry, Miki and Sharon are all very good.
Recently I had an unpleasant experience. Something which was promised to me during my package renewal, they tried to withdraw it subsequently by offering me something else in replacement. We went back and forth over this matter and am glad that it has now been sorted out. Thank you Jiayee and Mona for understanding where, from a customer's point of view, I'm coming from.
I will continue with my visits as I really enjoy the treatments.

The lovely receptionist/consultant also shared her own acne scar recovery journey with me. Dr Rachel went through the treatments that my acne scarred skin could benefit from.
