Ely Lo: I've been to the clinic thrice so far. Really appreciate how Dr Choong and the assistants are not pushy. They'll provide recommendations and be completely fine if you don't wish to take them up. I also like how I don't walk out feeling embarrassed or insulted; they are unlike other clinics who may try to make you feel very bad about how you look so that you'll sign up for more treatments. Their prices are also more affordable than other clinics I've gone to. Thank you for the honest and sincere service, please continue to be this way :)

An: It was my first time at Cienna Aesthetics to try on their beauty treatment. Staff was welcoming, Dr Choong was polite & informative about the treatments that I needed. He was suggesting few treatments to achieve what I want.. after that the staff discussed with me about the suggested treatments,she mentioned to me that I can use Atome payment for it. I have decided to go for one treatment first as thats what I wanted to try from the first place, from promo $288, they told me I needed more so I went for $388 + gst. Wanted to use Atome since she mentioned, but when Im at the counter already she said I cannot use Atome even if in the app it was stated applicable to min$250 treatment..So I paid full price. Just a bit disappointed with that,it could have been more better & flexible.. all in all, experience was good. Nice & friendly staffs,comfortable environment.
