Consultant Shery is very knowledgeable about the products and treatments which are suitable for my skin. The doctors are also very gentle during the laser treatment. The price range is also affordable as they have instalment plans. It’s a recommended clinic from my friend which i visited and I didn’t regret visiting.
Chan LAI KUM: I was lucky enough to have the Rejuran S treatment done by Become Aesthetic city hall for my troublesome keloid scar.
I had four sessions, a month apart and the scar is noticeably flatter, is not itchy and is almost the level of the skin in the middle.
The best part was I didn’t feel a thing Dr and the assistant made me feel completely at ease and relaxed!
I’m thrilled with the result and highly recommend the clinic and the treatment!

FIVE STARS FOR HARD SELLING! :)
I decided to visit this clinic after inquiring about HIFU and Pico Laser. I was told via WhatsApp chat that the results of one HIFU treatment could last for 12 months. However, when I arrived at the clinic, the salesperson told me otherwise, saying I would require multiple treatments every 3-4 months to see results and recommended upgrading to 800 shots (from the $88 trial price to over $500), which I agreed to as I was convinced by her. The initial selling began before the treatment, and I told her I would consider further options after seeing the results.
I would say the treatment process was pleasant, and I definitely felt it. However, after the treatment, the hard selling started, and I quickly forgot about the pleasant experience as the salesperson pushed excessively, even advising me to sign up for another credit card through SingSaver and use the Atome 6-month installment plan for a total treatment package costing over $7,000. When someone tells you their restrictions and that they are not ready to commit, please respect their boundaries instead of pushing. Unfortunately, I was the last customer, so I had three salespeople concurrently pressuring me, with two of them pressing their calculators. I was purely disappointed by the sales service despite having a pleasant experience during the treatment. Definitely walked away without signing any package with them
*PS, please do not ask me to call or call me as I need not require any further explanation, hard selling is also a sales tactic but really a bad one here. Just remind your staffs to respect customers instead of saying personal remarks like “if you say money is not a problem, why don’t you just spend it now.”
