I recently had the opportunity to attend a free trial session at a high-end skincare facility. The ambiance was sophisticated, and the hosts were welcoming, taking the time to explain the entire process beforehand. What stood out was their non-pushy approach towards selling subscriptions, allowing customers to make decisions at their own pace. The therapists were skilled, providing detailed explanations of each step during the facial.

However, I must admit that I didn't notice any immediate differences in my skin post-facial. While I understand that significant results may require multiple sessions, the host's assurance of a 100% visible change set certain expectations. Perhaps a more realistic portrayal of the outcomes could manage expectations better.
Additionally, the pricing is on the higher side, making it seem tailored for the wealthier demographic. As a customer who may not fall into that category, I felt somewhat out of their target audience.
Yuni Yew: I love my facial session. Unlike other facial shops, there’s no squeezing of pimples and redness for face for extraction. I hate to go facial for extraction. They use products to remove and soften blackhead and whitehead.
I like the therapist quietly customising my treatment for me and she don’t disturb my sleep when I’m having my treatment.
Relaxing treatment. Looking forward to my next treatment. The appt has to book in advance as it’s usually fully booked.

Skin specialist Maddy did a excellent job. During the session, she have explained every step clearly and let me understand more about my skin conditions. I really appreciate it. After just 1 treatment my skin texture and brightness have improved tremendously. Love the glow. Can't wait for the 2nd session..
